We have been working tirelessly for the safe driving of traditional and new energy electric vehicles. ITECH is committed to innovation and provides better test solutions for higher standard test standards.

The performance and reliability of automotive electronics depend to a large extent on their immunity from interference.
The electromagnetic physics environment in automobiles is mainly manifested by the severe influence of unstable power supply voltage and transient overvoltage on working electronic devices.
A wide variety of automotive electronics, such as common electric windows, wipers, car audio equipment, need to be thoroughly tested to ensure the performance of the vehicle.

Using ITECH DC electronic load to simulate the operating state of the window motor (ripple waveform), so that to test the performance of the controller. When the window is normally rising or falling, the motor is in a state of loading of sine wave with fixed frequency (500-1000HZ) (currently the mainstream loading is 2-3A, ripple current is 0.3-0.5A). The ripple of the normal rotation of the motor is almost fixed (aside from some interference), if the obstacle is encountered, the ripple will change significantly. At this time, the ripple current of the motor is read through the driver board, and then drawing frequency curve. If the monitored frequency does not correspond to the motor comparison frequency, the drive board will issue a motor stop command at this time to achieve anti-pinch.

DIN40839 and ISO-16750-2 are the most commonly used in automobile electronic tests at present.

ITECH provides automobile electronic and electrical test solutions based on these two standards. The standard voltage sequence of the voltage curve for the automobile electronic power network, which complies with the two standards, is set in the DC power supply, so that the engineer can rapidly call it in tests. Meanwhile, the solutions of ITECH are programmable, and the waveform can be edited by the user as required. More¡·¡·

Automotive generator performance tests typically include no-load performance testing, load performance testing, and regulator performance testing.

(1) No-load performance testing: Zero current speed test, test the speed when stopping power generation during the process of generator speed drop under no-load state; Initial charging speed test, test the speed that generator starts generating electricity under no-load state

(2) load performance testing£ºElectronic load performance test is divided into four different test items from the idle speed to the full speed of the generator according to the applied load, simulating the power generation performance of the generator under various operating conditions of the vehicle.

(3) Regulator performance testing£ºIt is divided into three tests of regulator voltage characteristics, regulator speed characteristics and regulator load characteristics to test the regulator's voltage regulation ability and regulation accuracy at different speeds and different loads.

Using IT8800 high precision electronic load for CC loading, it is easy to test the input and output characteristics, load and regulator characteristics of the automotive generator.

IT8800 series has wide power range 150W~10kW with multiple working modes such as CC/CV/CP/CR, voltage and current measurement speed up to 50kHz, resolution up to 0.1mV/0.01mA, adjustable measurement current rising speed 0.001A/us~2.5A/us, built-in RS232/GBIP/USB and analog interface, you can carry out panel programming or remote control. The free IT9000 software can easily record and export the changes of voltage and current over time.
